Actually the court order has shutdown all computers within the Department of the Interior. The Military is not part of that, so they are still up. I believe the USGS owns the guages, and I assume they are just able to store the data until uploaded by the USGS. The COE seems to be able to tap into them, so their site will have the data, too.
