I had to be in Shoreline for lunch today so I fished Picnic Point for the first time between 10-12, reportedly in the middle of the incoming tide. It was a nice day - calm winds, no rain, lots of waterbirds, saw one fish near the surface, but caught nothing. Another saltwater-newbie was there too and said he had hooked something, didn't get a look at it though.
