Subject: Lenice Report

In spite of the weather forecast for wind I went to Lenice to fish before the weekend crowds.  14 rigs in the parking lot today.  Is there any room to cast on weekends?

Caught about 8 fish before the wind blew us off the lake in the afternoon.  All on the Camas Damsel.  Caught one really strange looking fish.....pale, with strange coloring.  I thought it was a tiger trout...but then talked to one guy who had caught a tiger trout and said they really did look tiger striped.  Now I wish I had taken a closer look at the fish before letting it go.  Largest of the day was a ugly hooknosed British carp.

Water temperature still cold...and the forecast is for snow for Easter sunday.   Come on, crank up those SUV's we gotta get global warming going...its April!!!!
