For a poontoon boat (what, maybe 50 pounds?), the old flatbed 4x8 Costco
trailers ( the red ones) seemed plenty adequate.  My brother-in-law uses one
to transport his motorcycle, which weighs substantially more than your
pontoon boat and gear, I reckon, and he's had no problems with it.  That
Snowbear trailer seems very, very nice for the price! (to me).  I bet it
would function just fine for you.
