This is a great topic.  I don't have anything to add
at this moment, but I'll be driving to Bozeman in a
couple of weeks, so I'll take notes.

I do have a suggestion.  A compilation of this thread
would make a good web page.  Since implementing this
suggestion wouldn't create any work for me,
personally, treat it as you would treat a request from
the marketing department.
