Title: Re: SOSpenders (was: Re: Middle Fork)
I got checked while fishing from my pontoon boat a couple years ago and the warden wanted to see several things: my license; the yellow sticker in the rear window of my truck (he radioed his partner who was in the parking area to check); and the approval label on my SOSpenders which confirmed my manual activation model is USCG Type III approved.

Are they Coast Guard approved?  Are they accepted as life saving devices if
you are inspected?
