Hi Kent,
I believe that the Yancy line is basically a Cortland running line, from their 444 
family with a SA 10 weight uniform sink line attached that has been cut to 
specification. It is not part of a "family" of fly lines. According to Dennis Dickson, 
they are a great line to cast, as well fish. We were going to produce some of them for 
Dennis, but had difficulty obtaining the necessary Cortland lines. Haven't had the 
opportunity to fish the line, but it certainly works well for Dennis and company.
