After having seen Roy on the rivers a couple times, I ran into him again last year.
I picked him up, hitchhiking a shuttle, only to find he was fishing with a mutual friend.
Since I was "hoofing it" that day, he said "hey, jump on in the boat".
Soon we found we had lots in common, Bellinghamsters, guides, retired educators and inveterate fishermen.
I agree, he is a great guy.
