Don, I loved your story about fishing in Okanogan County. It reminded me a lot of my childhood because I spent hours fishing in Salmon Creek and the Okanogan River.
Tiffany Lake is beautiful and one of my fondest memories of my early teen years was a church sponsored camping trip to the lake. Like you, my friends and I found a raft and got out into the lake to fish. I can't remember the details but I do recall we caught several fish and found a dead beaver that was the biggest I had ever seen. And you know what? All this fun was accomplished with a cheap old fiberglass rod. Thanks for starting my Monday off with some fond memories. Mike
