I have one of those two; the Silver Label replaced it, because the
Streamline really never acted much like a rain jacket.  It soaked in more
than it repelled.  At the time I bought it (early 90's), there weren't that
many wading jacket options.  It's cuffs seemed like they would be pretty
waterproof.  The cuffs turned out to be the best part of that jacket.

It's now my saltwater jacket when I fish beaches during the summer.
