Isn't Margaret subject to 'normal' seasonal closures for all species, not just trout?

Have a friend who has had pretty good luck lately fishing deep water�anywhere near downtown Kirkland. Says they are schooling about 60 ft down. Of course, being the flyfishing purist that I am, I only fish for them with flies <image.tiff>
