Tim,
It's been awhile, but I recall Dash Point has a small fishing
pier but the surrounding beach is almost all private with really big
signs. I used to fish Saltwater a long time ago. It has a small beach
full of swimmers and some private homes to the south. The northern
section has a breakwater where you could cast from the lawn on a
hightide and risk hooking someone's family dog in between answering
the usual "Is that a fishing pole, mister? It sure is long and
the line looks too thick."
Leland.
I've got to go pick my daughter up at the airport tomorrow evening and don't want to get caught in hell traffic w/o a carpool lane on the way down so I thought about fishing the semi-weak ebb from 3-6 then bolting to the airport. Any good beaches around there where I won't have to drive all the way to the Narrows or Kopachuck or points further? Has anyone ever had any luck at Dash Point or Saltwater St. Parks? I see these all the time heading further south but just haven't taken the time to check them out yet.
Thanks,
Tim
