Well, actually I didn't know and, yep, I definitely feel like an ass for asking. May not be nice to call someone as ass - and we've always prided ourselves on our extraordinary civility here at Waflyfishers - but good to know when you've been one.
My only excuse is laziness, carelessness and the blatant ignorance resulting there from. I was fully aware that in the past the Forks have been closed, but thought I'd heard they'd been opened this year. A good reminder to read the damn regs (as excruciatingly complex and confusing as they can sometimes be), whether you think you know what's going on or not. Thanks everyone, though, for the reminders that civility is valued - and expected - here and that we're all here to learn, regardless of our varying experience levels and backgrounds. Must say, the flurry of emails in response to my post did more to wake me up than my regular brace of latte's! And, I guess I'd better plan on hitting the Sky if I'm set on salmon... -Wes > -----Original Message----- > From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:majordomo- > [EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Dan Maul > Sent: Friday, October 03, 2003 7:39 AM > To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > Subject: Re: N.
