My favorite taco wagon cuisine is a dish called chilliquillies(sp). While I have yet to find it up here, many taco wagons down south serve it maybe once a week. It is basically corn tortillas cooked in a very hot enchilada like sauce topped with a fried egg and cheese. It is a traditional breakfast dish. A rare find. I'd travel almost as far for chilliquilies as I would to fish. Mike

Well, I don't know. I think this bunch is more into eating them and drinking beer than exchanging recipes. Maybe the next clave should be in the parking lot of a taco wagon...or maybe organize a tour of taco wagons. It could be kinda like one of those hotsie totsie pub crawls only greasier.
