If it rains, the Sauk most likely won't be very fishable. Even if it stays dry I'm not sure about the lower river. It has been pretty ugly since the big flood this fall. The Cascade is closed because they haven't got their quota of fish yet. I fished the Cascade last weekend for the first time since the floods saw that the river has moved away from the mouth of the hatchery creek and apparently the fish are not swimming up into the creek. The hatchery guys had tubes you could put a live fish in and donate for the cause. The Skagit is always a fun river to fish. Nice scenery if nothing else. A few dollies makes your day and a steelhead would make it perfect. As far as SRC in the salt...........I am totally lost.
