Last year my buddy Jeff had forgotten to do the renewal and realized it on
our way to the Yakima.  We called Red's and Steve told us about a number
that you can call to get a renewal over the phone.  They give you a
confirmation number or something that is just as good as having the license.
The license gets mailed to you.  I have no idea what the number is but it
must be listed on the WDFW website.
