Tom,

I was at Rattlesnake for a quick outing last Tuesday after work.  Fished from 7pm and the lake was very active from 7pm-dark.  The Ospreys were out in full force and doing quite well--what a show.  As for me I had a ton of takes--many were really light takes but I managed a few bows and triploids in the 10-13" range.  Smaller nymphs seemed better than the bigger buggers when trolling or stripping but they all wound up working at one time or another.  #14 Adams worked well when I targeted rising fish.

Good luck,

Brian

Subject: Rattlesnake or McCleod reports?

One of my fishing options this weekend is to stay on this side of the
mountains and fish either one of these lakes.  Anybody been there lately?

Also, there was talk of a McLeod clean-up.  Has anything been organized, or
have people simply been taking out a bag or two of trash at every visit?

Thanks,

Tom
