I think that beyond western Washington most people think of the
upper Skagit as a Canadian river that flows through Manning Provencial
Park into Ross Lake and is home to resident RBs and spawning Dollies
this time of year.

Where abouts on the upper Skagit did you fish? I have never fished there before but have been considering making a trip there next summer. Any details or advice you have would be appreciated. Thanks for the report.
