Hm,
dunno... but I think they were bows. The section I fished just above the
mouth at Fall City was producing mostly 8 inch fish with a very occasional 10-12
incher.
I
guess you could ask the same question re the "rainbows" that hang out below the
confluence of the Raging and Snoqualmie.
