I agree about the reduction in force. The final statement in the article sums up how I feel about the situation:
"Our enthusiasm for technology can't be disconnected from the need for trained officers in the field." I'm kind of disappointed that no fishing violations were mentioned in the article. Do you suppose that the author of the article did not cite any fishing examples because a story of someone poaching a fish does not have the same impact as a story about a guy who took a moose illegally?
