Mark, A few years back I went with a real mom and pop outfitter into the Bob Marshall wilderness (MT). I forget their names now....
The Bob is probably one of the most remote locations, in the lower 48. they deposit the 'problem' grizzlies there. But, some great cutthroat fishing and miles of wide open river space. We rode horses about 20 miles in, from the trailhead past hungry horse lake (?).
