wagon-http-lightweight should support PUT operations for file upload

The lightweight http wagon current throws an UnsupportedOperationException when
attempting to "PUT" files. This makes it unusable for deploying files via http
(or webdav). I have created a patch that adds file upload capability to the
lightweight wagon.
