That¹s a great idea. I have set up an interim list to discuss the merits therein of providing a list for off topic posts! Once we have come to an agreement as to what constitutes an off-topic post, we can set up a second interim list to provide members to post their thoughts on the subject.
After which, the finally off-topic list will be created with a temporary list for people to discuss whether they really want to be a subscriber to the new off-topic list.
