I've got Outlook Express set to download email every 4 minutes but sometimes I get logged off after a length of time. It only seems to happen sometimes like I'll be connected for about 10 or 20 minutes and then for some reason I get disconnected. And yet I'll log on again (after the first disconnect) and get to stay on ok without being disconnected. Tonight I've been disconnected twice but logged back on striaght away I hope I don't get disconnected a 3rd time this could get expensive.
Can anyone suggest something that may help - do I need ping them intermittently if so how? I'm using a PPC 7600/200 Mac OS 9.1 and Outlook Express 4.5. Thanks Brian
