I can't read the small writing. The web page manager seems to think there
is something wrong at my end. I use 800x600 resolution which is what he
says it is designed for. Does the print on that page look small to anyone
else? Paul.

Which browser are you using? It looks fine under IE on OS X. (Well, either that or the print is so small I can't see the print you're talking about :)

It may be that they've only tested the page with Windows browsers, and have assumed a Windows dot pitch (which IE on the Mac accounts for). Ask them if their Web designers have read "Why Windows Web Pages Have Tiny Text"
