Hi All, I actually have never had a problem with Random Access. I just have to ring them up and they post out my stuff and I receive invoices later, if something goes wrong they always compensate me and they are always willing to discount me when I question their prices or I find it cheaper elsewhere. They know I have a GMac Card and they always discount it by a further 10% or more. Maybe they feel sorry for me because I am blonde and feel I need all this stuff to keep myself occupied during the day. It does make you wonder how it all works as I had to ring up for software today and Random was actually $100.00 cheaper than another Apple store which shall remain nameless?????????????????????????
