Yes and no.

It depends...

You can open up the message, and look at the headers, the header closest
to the Date: header, called Received: will contain the actual sender. It
is likely that their machine is infected.

Getting the messages to stop will be dependent on your ability to
convince the actual sender to disinfect their machine. A common response
is: I've not sent that message.

I now have 20 such messages, all because the sender also sent virus
messages to their helpdesk which helpfully logged the message, allocated
a response ID and sent an acknowledgement to the sender of the message
(which of course was spoofed to be me :-(

Be glad you've got a Mac, they're not likely to be coming from you, but
from one of your (lesser :-) friends.
