From Saturday's (11/5/2002) West Australian, Page 59:

Copy and paste your computer skills throughout the community.

If someone in your community has basic computer skills like suing the interne, sending email and setting up bais documents, a group in your community can apply for a grant to pass these skills on to others.

The State Government has a $1 million fund to help make Western Australians more computer literate. This program is called First Click and we're asking community-based not-for-profit groups who want to get involved to submit applications before 5 July 2002.

Call 1800 155 508 or email [EMAIL PROTECTED] to obtain an information package or download the document from the internet at ets.gen.wa.gov.au (number = 1523) and help people make their First Click.
