Fresh from the latest issue of Apple eNews: With MacOS X v10.2, you now have yet another option for capturing screen shots. Apart from cmd-Shift-3 (captures entire screen) and cmd-Shift-4 (select an area) you now have this feature:
Immediately hit the spacebar after typing cmd-Shift-4. Instead of crosshairs, you'll see a little camera. Move the camera around to highlight the Dock, the menu bar, the desktop, or any open window. Then just click the mouse button to "snap" a screen shot. In fact, with this option, you can entirely eliminate the desktop when you capture a screen shot of an individual window. -- Peter Hinchliffe Apwin Computer Services FileMaker Pro Solutions Developer Perth, :::::::::::::::::::::::: Western Australia Phone (618) 9332 6482 Fax (618) 9332 0913 -------------------------------------------------------------------- Mac because I prefer it -- Windows because I have to.
