Pretty much, yes. Trying to copy a good one would be fraught with
problems anyway, since the System Suitcase typically contains a large
number of invisible files which are not copied by the standard copy
process. The best way is simply to do a basic re-install of your system.
Umm... The System suitcase is a single file which the Finder goes to
some effort to make appear like a folder. Dropping something into the
System suitcase adds the thing you're dropping into the resource fork
of the System file.
