Hi and help Our house had a power failure last night. This morning I tried to launch Outlook Express 5 and got
"An error occurred while launching. The end of file was reached." I tried shutting it down and relaunching, then repeated with option, command- option etc., tried earlier versions of the program, downloaded the latest version. But the same message keeps appearing. Any solutions welcomed as I am quite depended on this program (and I have searched several web sites for assistance but have been unable to locate anything on my situation). Furthermore at the beginning of this year I installed Entourage 2001 from Office. It worked for about a week then fell over with an error message I could not find in the documentation or on the net. It's never worked since - even after removing all files containing reference to the program and reinstalling. But with Outlook Express now down I have tried to install it again - again unsuccessful, but now the error number is 4359 (which if memory serves me correctly is different then the original error number - right now I am exhausted and do not want to launch into another fruitless search for the answer). I really want to relaunch Outlook Express but any help on Entourage would also be appreciated Regards Joe
