Ken,

You will have to have your account (Sim Card) GPRS enabled.

This means your sim card be setup for voice and data (internet access). When activated you can dial into any ISP you require however keep in mind when accessing the net with GPRS you will be paying data charges to your mobile carrier and plan charges to you ISP.

Suggest you contact Optus mobile customer service or call into you local Optus World store who can explain the process and show the relevant charges involved.
