I find that my OSX 10.2.3 Keycaps does not seem to be working
normally, though it used to. When I hold down Option or Shift the
keyboard display does not change though the correct modified
character shows in the window.
Has anyone else had this? How do I fix it, like reinstall Keycaps as
I would in OS9.
