Can anyone recommend a PCMCIA 10/100 Ethernet card for a PB G4? It must be
OS X compatible.

You could try MacSense (Part Number TP0100-MS) which is one of their
PCMCIA 10/100BaseT cards for Mac and PC. They are normally pretty
good. Unsure if it works in X, you will have to give them a call.
