I guess we're safe as long as the MacBU continues to function. I'd just
hate to see VirtualPC suffer the same fate as SoftWindows and then
RealPC.
Except that VirtualPC was essentially what killed off SoftWindows and RealPC!
The article here seems to indicate that Microsoft's purchase of the
technologies is more so they can branch into the consolidated server
market, running lots of virtual machines on one windows box,
something that IBM is doing with its mainframes by allowing users to
run thousands of linux machines on one (big) server.

I guess they get the Virtual GameStation code as well? Then you could
run PlayStation games on your (evil) X-Box...
