I've got a Cisco Aironet 340 PCI card here.
I wanted to make a machine (7200/120) here a base station (it will
hopefully end up becoming a FreeNet node if I can get it to work.)
The Cisco software does not support working as an AP. Boo!
The IOXperts driver doesn't support this card.
I used "OS 9 Helper" to get OS 9.2.2 on to this machine but Airport
won't install as it says "this machine is not airport capable."
Does anyone know if the Airport software will work with this card? I
can't seem to find a supported devices list.
If so how do I fool the Gestalt ID of the machine so I can install Airport?
