You don't say where the QTVR comes from. If he is generating it himself, then the software he's using should be capable of doing what you ask. If the QTVR comes from somewhere else, then the source would have had to generate it. I am *guessing* that doing what you ask is best done at the source and not after the fact. ***WILD SPECULATION FOLLOWS*** Alternatively, I suspect that you could create the view corridor yourself in any 3D tool, and super impose that on the movie, but never having done that, I'm not sure how big the bear pit under the leaves is - if you get my drift. I do recall that a QTVR movie opened in a non-VR aware application, will open like a normal movie, so you should at worst case even be able to draw the lines by hand on each frame - again the bear pit perhaps?
