I haven't tried another computer in my exact location but fail to see
how my location might cause a problem. Everything used to work a fair
while ago from this location.

An eMac works just fine, also running 10.2.6. Other people have not
had problems posting messages so the WebCT system is still working ok.
3. And with your login , works ok ?
My login works ok. I can even log in from my home computer but the
'post' message button only works from computers other than my one at
home.
I also notice that the 'send' button for private Email using WebCT has
the same problem. It obviously works along the same system.
