Hi All With all the talk of Java in the last few days Apple have released an update to it, to version 1.4.1 release 1.
---Quote from MacNN today--- Apple has released Java 1.4.1 Update 1 via the the Mac OS X Software Update preferences The update adds improved Java applet support for Safari and other Web browsers, improved rendering, and other compatibility enhancements. A Web download link is currently not available. ---end Quote--- It's a 39MB download and only via Software Update. (Although shortly it should be on WAMUG's mirror server.) <http://mirrors.wamug.org.au/apple/java/> It will be called Java 1.4.1 Update1.dmg so don't download the wrong one. (I'd hate someone to download the 1.4.1 update at 38MB then realise it wasn't release 1) ;o) Have fun enjoy!
