After the problems last weekend with iinet I decided to move to westnet.

So far........

Intelligent helpful folks in tech support who do seem to speak MAC (at least they know what they are)

no drop outs, no re-dials (used to be up to 8 tries: "yes your connection does seem unstable, have you spoken to Telstra....... ")

no bulk spam with emails beginning "Re_____ @"

In fact (grips wooden bench) no spam at all - so far. Do iinet "sell" their clients email database? Whatever, they don't do something that westnet do do. [Is it voodoo? :)>]

Overall, feels a bit like moving from a "which" bank to a name of a city in Victoria small bank.

Customers second, shareholders first. Mr Malone - you have lost the plot.
