One way, although it's no where near as nice as the OS 9 way, is (1)
place a copy of Print Center in your Dock (where it should be anyway,
IMHO) and (2) drag the window's proxy icon (the little icon in the
window's Title Bar at the top) onto the Print Center Dock icon. The
printer will now print the contents of the window, albeit in a fairly
ugly way.
