The latest WAmug Digest had people doing all kinds of analyses on emails. But - stupid question - why not just go to another ISP?
I was rather full of praise about Westnet but lately they have been sending "kick Off" threats - that's where if you have a certain type of account and if things get congested AND you have been logged in for 2hrs you get disconnected. They did it a couple of times after just 9 minutes and 30 minutes. But at least the response was quick, human and sensible.
And also, with no changes of habit, NO SPAM after ? four weeks...... not a one.
