Hi Denise,

The problem is not solved afterall. I can't fix it. It
took me an hour of restarting Photoshop, fiddling
around, ringing other people, trying different files,
all kinds of things. The bar seems to come back if and
when it feels like it, being completely unreilable and
making editing images very difficult.

As for where I work company policy is that I am unable
to tell any email groups, forums, pretty much
anything, that I am from that company, even if what
I'm doing is work related. Its a general type of
company though, I have the only Mac in the building
and I'm really the only one who can use it. Its the
only machine that runs Photoshop and all the design
apps.

I also use it at home, Photoshop 6 on Panther once
again and have noproblems, although if its a memory
issue that would explain while my beefier G4 with much
more RAM doesn't have these problems.

I got my menu bar back again so I'm going to make the
most of working while I can!

I will endeavour to solve this mystery, unless its
just an OS10 glitch with Classc and Photoshop 6 and
not such a mystery at all!

Kind regards,
Kelly
