Hi all
I had a distraught woman called me regards her late model PowerBook.
It seems a CD wont eject.
She says it is a Bluetooth install CD (a bit sketchy on the details).
It isnt mounted, nor did it ever I believe.
Her machine is a new model and DOES NOT have a 'little hole' to
manually eject disks (she says...).
I havent seen the machine to check it myself but she is quite savvy and
has already tried most of my suggestions.
Failed Attempts:
She has restarted and tried ejecting during the restart.
Tried using Disk Utility to mount/eject.
She is visiting Australia and as you can imagine she is quite concerned
and needs help.
