Don't you just hate it when you buy a new puter and shortly thereafter, a new suite of software comes as standard? I bought a new laptop a few days before Xmas and now find out that computers purchased on or after Jan 6 without iLife, qualify for a AUD$35 dollar upgrade - which includes GarageBand. Normal price is $129 for the family edition.
Some of those bits and pieces in iLife are identical versions to what I already have, so it's annoying that due to a matter of a couple of weeks, I have to shell out full price to get my hands on GarageBand.
