First thing: have her upgrade to Safari 1.2. Might be something
quirky in 1.1.

You might, for diagnostic purposes, have her create a new user
on the iBook. If the error goes away when logged in as that
user, it might just be an old preference file that can be
trashed...

If I knew what the site was, I might be able to comment on my
experiences with it... Curtin has a lot of secure sites I use a
fair bit.
