I got my first dialup account with iiNet in April 1997, seven years ago now. I
went to ADSL dialup when the plans became viable (ie Telstra made the wholesale
pricing reasonable).

The current iiNet ADSL plans are extremely good, and I've been rapt with it
recently.

However, some of the staff there are completely devoid of a clue.

So, to put it bluntly and ruthlessly, iiNet ADSL is a fantastic product,
delivered by a company that often doesn't have a clue, and has numerous morons
in its employ.

The accounting system that they had a year ago was a complete disaster, but
their current account system gives them flexibility. Which means that they
won't close your account down for the weekend because some idiot there mucked
up your account details (ie been there, done that, still pissed off about it).

Regards,
Phil
