As of this message, I have set the mailing list server to only allow
plain text emails through.
If you are sending HTML email, then it will be blocked and you will
receive an error message from the server. Some people may not even be
aware that their mail client is sending in HTML format. This will be an
exercise in education for those people.
I will run the server this way for a couple of day. Lets see how much
the of a hassle is causes people or, how much better it makes the list.
