Hi Hope somebody out there can help. I received a new iBook today as my old one was faulty. The tech's set everything up and started the cloning process - my old iBook - external firewire -new iBook. The clone was started at 3.00 pm. At 5.00pm was copying Virex - it's now 8.00pm and still copying Virex.
I don't think this is right. Any suggestions on what to do apart from waiting until Monday morning to give it back to the Tech's? Regards Maureen
