Your Home folder contains a Music folder and a Pictures folder.
Assuming a standard setup, your iTunes folder and your iPhoto Library
folder are inside these folders respectively. Just copy them to the
respective Music and Pictures folders in your Home folder on the iBook.
They will automatically take on the permissions of their enclosing
folders, so you should have no problem accessing them once the copying
is done.
